Jared's prices were competitive and I believed he would finish the job in a timely manner. I definitely made the right choice! Jared started the job promptly and continued working diligently until the job was complete. He made sure the sub contractors were here on time and completed their part of the project as expected. He kept the paper work and the change orders up to date throughout each phase which meant there were NO surprises at the end of the project. I have been involved in several construction and remodeling projects including the building of our 4,000 sq. ft. home. The one thing I found somewhat difficult was getting the finishing touches (the punch list items) completed.
